The problem is they're not arguing on the merits. They're arguing on whether a district court can issue a nationwide injunction against birthright citizenship cases. The sad thing is that there's a good chance the Supreme Court will rule to rollback nationwide injunctions. 🧑‍⚖️👨‍⚖️
