For the record human average on character creation is like.....20-40 depending on rolls and build. Astartes are I want to say 40-60? with much better starting gear. Campaign bosses cap out at like 80 stats (albeit with a giant pile of talents).

Kibellah with the sword of +stats on hit can end combats with the statline of a piece of a divinity and it is a massive shame that there is typically nothing left to use that on.

Also HSS/LSS is mostly a question of at what temp the steel loses temper, since that's the relevant metric for tooling.

Oh fun fact high speed steel was named in contrast to previous tool steels, which were...low speed, because they weren't able to withstand the stresses from tools like lathes being run at high speeds. Also why very old lathes only turn at like 60 RPM.

CNTs are *bullshit* btw, because they're such a cheat for solving matsci problems that its unreal. Need something to be stronger? Add some CNTs! More conductive? CNTs! Better chemical properties? CNTs! Stabilize battery materials? CNTs!

If they weren't so expensive and such a pain to use...

Spider silk is better than certain modern fibers in certain categories but is still limited by...biology, whereas stuff like carbon nanotubes/metal nanowires/ultra high molcular weight polymers do not need to be made by a living thing.

Ok in fairness to Halo, their vehicles appear to need to be airmobile to a really concerning degree and titanium is good if you're worried about total vehicle weight.

Because taxation without representation was the dispute that this country was literally founded on and perpetuating it in the case of PR, DC, Guam, etc is immoral. Also, McConnell is on record as regarding PR as being too Dem to be allowed statehood, if that should be the bar (it shouldn't).
