Embarque, owes its depth and character to first-fill sherry casks from Bodegas Barbadillo. These oloroso seasoned casks have lent our heritage grain-led spirit remarkable layers of flavour: ripe red berries, orange zest, rich cocoa nibs, toasted oak, and baking spices

The intensely expressive Moscatel sherry is sourced from late-harvest Moscatel de Alejandría and is often sun-dried to concentrate sugars.

Combined with TLDC's spirit: expect Medjool dates, toffee pudding, candied ginger and Seville marmalade - pure decadence in a glass!

The enigmatic palo cortado - intended to live as a flor sherry, instead drifts toward oxidation, resulting in the aromatics of amontillado and the sweetness and weight of oloroso

Our casks reflect that dual heritage: bright, saline precision from youth, layered with nutty richness from age

Last week, we undertook extensive regauging throughout our warehouse - measuring the literage of casks and their ABVs

By comparing the readings to previous measurements we can track losses, cask influence, and get a full understanding of our warehouse's environmental impact
