Since the contest asks for an Unstable Demon, I came up with this: something like a Fallen Ophanim, with tentacles instead of wheels and suckers instead of eyes. I can't draw but you get the idea.

Also some customers need to learn that there is this wonderful option called Do Not Substitute. And if you choose it, we can’t substitute your item (literally now, we can’t override it anymore) and that saves us both time
