Yesterday the third & fifth years received a wonderful talk about body image from local Eating Disorder Specialist Michelle O’ Gorman.
Michelle taught the students the importance of always appreciating the amazing things their body does for them and to nourish it accordingly

Aislinn Walsh (2.2) is our 2nd year 'Student of the Month' for November. She received her certificate & prize from her year head Ms. Browne and her class teacher Mr. Walsh. Aislinn then returned to class and proceeded to distribute a square of chocolate to each of her classmates!

Today we were delighted to welcome Dr JP O’Connor from #UCC who spoke to our 6th years about the wide range of #humanities courses available. His presentation was both informative & engaging & provided students with plenty of food for thought as they consider their future options

Yesterday our fifth year History students visited Wexford Town Library. They toured the facilities and learned about all the library offers. It will be a valuable resource for their History project for the Leaving Certificate. Thanks to the staff.

Yesterday marked the fifth week of our Le Chéile initiative in Transition Year helping the elderly. Participants were very busy learning card games and making Christmas decorations that they will decorate in the coming weeks. Thank you to all who volunteered and attended.

Our Transition Year students enjoyed an overnight stay in beautiful Glendalough, Co. Wicklow! As part of their Gaisce award, they hiked 18 km through the misty mountains and today explored the stunning lakes. Fantastic effort by everyone!
