I get hand pain too but it's more from holding a pencil/that kind of action? I used to also make friendship bracelets and that's tying thousands of knots bdjdkd. I ran an Etsy shop for a few years but it was a lot of work!!

This is a half stitch kit (so like cross stitch is an x half stitch is / ). There's def some precision involved !! But there's lots of easier crafts to do. They make big plastic needles which could also be easier for you to use. Latch hooking might be doable too!
