The issue is not immigration. It never was.

The issue is that huge swathes of the country feel failed by the state and the “snake oil merchants”, as Starmer dubbed them, who seek to place the blame on immigrants, refugees and asylum seekers. www.holyrood.com/comment/view...

Poor electoral performance in Scotland (as well as the Senedd’s election Wales and local elections in England) could be the final nail in the coffin for Starmer's premiership. Bute House is not the only residence that hangs in the balance next year.

I mean, Tradeston does need tidying up anyway (and I assume it'll be next, now they've almost done with the Gorbals bit?) but I'm more thinking the bit of land immediately along the north of the river. Clyde St and Broomielaw could (and should!) be lovely!
