Just looked it up. A group of frogs is called an army. How long til we see Trump on TV talking about seeing an army harassing ICE and its just these guys?
Also imagining DOJ lawyers in court trying to convince a judge that troops are necessary to fight this frog menace.

When a couple of books you had on hold at the library become available within a couple of days of each other. one taps in to your permanant low grade pessimism and the other hits your constant optimism.

Two books. One titled The End of the World As We Know It and the other is titled Radical Hope.

Also keep going to college sporting events if you can. I don’t go a lot, but it sure seems like the students I see really love seeing their instructors show up to support students.

I think this it. I am also of the mind that one informs the other. What we learn from DBER informs how we teach and our classroom practices. And how we teach guides DBER to provide a deeper understanding of the things that work.
And maybe I just repeated and didn’t add?

Currently trying to run myself back into shape after time off and it is such a lesson in humility and patience. Not even a new thing, just “relearning” an old thing.
