@gtconway.bsky.social when trump pardoned seditionist Enrique Tarrio, did he disqualify himself from holding office from 14A 3? Did he give aid or comfort to an enemy of the United States? Is he no longer constitutionally qualified to hold office?

@sethabramson.bsky.social seeing a lot of conservatives arguing the lack of charges by Fed DOJ show lack of evidence against Gaetz. Can you do a breakdown of Fed v State crimes. I believe most of these crimes would be State crimes; Desantis jurisdiction not fed, right?
