Man i HATE mosquitos SO MUCH
i got bitten for the first time in like 2 years because i went to play volleyball outside at mosquito hour and i have 9 different bites and they are all SO BIG and it hurts😭 my ankle doubled in size because there’s two bites on it I WANNA RIP OUT MY SKIN IT ITCHESSSS

You are amazing!!!! Thanks for telling me that and going through the trouble of researching it AND writing so I can know too! Honestly that’s what I’ve been seeing too. I think their advice was too general and didn’t really explain which just scared both her and me instead of helping understand it

Does anyone know if it’s true you shouldn’t eat a protein yoghurt all in one sitting? My friend’s nutritionist told her that and now I’m worried I’ve been esting too much protein at once

13/10/2025 - Today I made creamy tofu Gochujang pasta for my OMAD
I really recommend it!

Macros:

Calories: 314 kcal
Protein: 18.2g
Carbohydrates: 44.9 g
Fat: 8.5g

(It’s less if you put less cheese but it was my OMAD so i added a bit)
