My first #monarch release of 2025. A female, eclosed on June 19, released 24 hours later. Good luck little lady! She flew straight up into the Dogwood tree and paused for a while.

20-30 of these Great Spangled Fritillary butterflies are currently loving on my Common Milkweed. Fun to watch!

Baby Blue Birds in the nesting box. There are 4, one in the back corner is hidden. Their mom and dad are constantly bringing them food.

Blooming this week: Alliums (the Dr. Sue’s flower) and Fringe Tree. Peonies about to burst!

Rally under the Gateway Arch. Wish it was up on the streets for more visibility, but still, feels good to make noise with other like minded people.

More protesting! Sending Love to Ukraine and Love to all LGBTQ kids in the Webster Groves area. We waved our flags and held our signs high!
