You don’t need to be a genius.
You just need to notice friction.

Every time you say “ugh, why is this so annoying?” —
that’s a business idea in disguise.

Write it down. Don’t dismiss it.

The best product ideas I ever built came from daily annoyances.

• A scheduler for Threads (BlackTwist) → because Threads had none.
• A boilerplate for SaaS → because I rebuilt the same setup 10 times.
• An AI support chatbot for SMBs → because I needed it for my SaaS.

Pain → Problem → Product.

I used to chase big ideas.
“Next Airbnb for X”, “AI revolution for Y”, “Social network for Z”.

Guess what?
Those ideas require big budgets, teams, and luck.

Small problems, instead, need just you — and some curiosity.
