Hey everyone! 👋
I'm new to 🦋

I'm a dev and solopreneur, with 6 SaaS products built, and 4 sold.

I currently have two products, a SaaS Kit and a SaaS, growing them combined to $1M ARR.

If you're interested in my journey, stay tuned : )

And nice to meet you all!

To all new founders:

Watching users churn, traffic stall, and growth feel out of reach can drain every ounce of your motivation.

You’re not alone — this journey takes time, patience, and relentless consistency.

Keep going 💪

It took me 5 years to realise this — and I’ll tell you in 2 minutes (from someone who sold 4 SaaS and made $200k)…

👉 You can find small problems to solve everywhere.

You just need to train your brain to spot them. 🧵

Most people overthink, few observe.

Start small. Solve one tiny problem. Ship it fast.

That’s how you build momentum — and luck follows momentum.

I’m proof of it.

If you want more lessons like this, follow along. 🚀

You don’t need to be a genius.
You just need to notice friction.

Every time you say “ugh, why is this so annoying?” —
that’s a business idea in disguise.

Write it down. Don’t dismiss it.
lucarestagno.com
The best product ideas I ever built came from daily annoyances.

• A scheduler for Threads (BlackTwist) → because Threads had none.
• A boilerplate for SaaS → because I rebuilt the same setup 10 times.
• An AI support chatbot for SMBs → because I needed it for my SaaS.

Pain → Problem → Product.

I used to chase big ideas.
“Next Airbnb for X”, “AI revolution for Y”, “Social network for Z”.

Guess what?
Those ideas require big budgets, teams, and luck.

Small problems, instead, need just you — and some curiosity.

Everyone says: “You need to disconnect during vacation.”

Me: I did.
From the hotel Wi-Fi.

Now I’m debugging API calls using Greek mobile data that costs €3 per megabyte.
Living the SaaS founder dream. 🏝️😂

My Greek vacation in one sentence:

Laptop on the balcony.
Feta in one hand.
Bug in production.

I called it “remote debugging with a view.” 🇬🇷💻

What’s your most chaotic “vacation work” story?

I’m 39.

At 25, I thought I’d be happy with promotions, parties, and booming stocks.

Now? I value peace, nature, and long-term growth.

Less chasing, more living.

To all new founders:
The high churn, low traffic, and not knowing how to grow your SaaS is exhausting and often feels hopeless.

You’re not alone — it’s a marathon, not a sprint.

Stay strong and play the long-term game.

Sunday vibes:
Half guilt for not working.
Half guilt for working.

Founder math never adds up.

How do you handle that guilt?

Friends are out brunching.

I’m out here fighting with a bug that only appears on weekends.

What’s the weirdest time a bug has ruined your plans?

Brands don’t grow by luck.

They grow by process:
- Calendar view
- Scheduled posts
- Team collaboration

BlackTwist gives you all three.

I thought building SaaS was about writing code.

Turns out it’s about:
• Writing blog posts
• Writing social posts
• Writing support emails
