Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche is one of Matthieu Ricard's spiritual teachers. He is one of the greatest Tibetan Buddhist masters on this planet. He is very close to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. He will give a reading transmission from February 3 to February 12.

Webinar From 3 to 12 February 2026 Reading transmission of Khangsar Tenpai Wangchuk’s writings by Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche Khangsar Tenpa’i Wangchuk (1938 – 2014) was a monk and terton of the Nyingma school. A revered master of his own tradition, he was also learned in the rigorous Geluk scholastic curriculum. While imprisoned for twelve years during the Cultural Revolution, he continued his dedicated practice alongside other great masters. In his later years, he focused on teaching, writing, and restoring the monasteries of Khangsar Taklung and Panak in the region of Golok, Tibet. His writings include commentaries on two of Longchenpa’s Seven Treasuries (the first to be composed since Longchenpa’s own autocommentaries) along with detailed expositions of Dzogchen practice and commentaries on such texts as the Thirty-Seven Practices of a Bodhisattva, the Prayer of Excellent Conduct, and other aspiration prayers. he first part of this transmission was given via Zoom from Sunday, 8 June 2025 to 12 June 2025. In February 2026, Rinpoche will give the transmission of the commentary on Longchenpa’s work ‘The Precious Treasure of Dharmadhatu’. This transmission will be given via Zoom, operated by the Fundaçao Kangyur Rinpoche, starting on Tuesday, 3 February, at 10:00 p.m. (Lisbon time), or 11:00 p.m. French time.
