Apologies, but redemption for this snake will not happen today. Instead, he will make a bigger fool of himself by attempting to drop a hound of great renown and, instead, getting caught on his tricks.
Story ideas aside, it was fun to draw both one of your OC and Remus in 1 piece.
Here u go!!

Sta'karr getting hypnotized by Remus the hellhound.
His head is dropping down, being held slightly up by the hound's hand. The snake's right hand, holding his amulet, is grabbed in the air by the hound too, removing any chance of his to hypnotize the hound.
Remus looks unamuzed and mildly disappointed at the "showcase of power" of the snake.

The Snake's Eye amulet is a very powerful hypnotic artifact... its just a shame its wielder scarcely matches that power with competence, a fact @remmaw.bsky.social all too easily exploits~💙
