Over the last few years I've become so embarrassingly shy at comics shows. Like, I get SO nervous talking to folks I recognise and worry more about whether or not I'm boring them.
A lot of times I'll kind of speedily walk around and it sucks! I hate doing it! I miss feeling chatty and fun!

Not to sound too coddly and cute but if you're an artist already burnt out and running on fumes, you really super don't HAVE to do Inktober.
There's no legal obligation. There's no glory in pushing past and taking it on over rest.
I'm saying this as someone who has felt the sting many times.
