Very welcome news this morning from the Middle East. There’s still a long way to go but we all hope for these first steps immediately - a ceasefire, substantial aid and support getting in, hostages freed, and the death and destruction stopping.

On the anniversary of Hamas’ horrific attack we remember those who were murdered, and those who continue to be held & to suffer.

We need an end to the killing, to the intolerable suffering, hostages returned home to loved ones & a secure & lasting peace where all can live with freedom and dignity.
