I wish that ZUN kept the trend of touhou stage 6s being huge score cash ins

in general I really love RPG minions and effects that are insanely threatening just by existing, and force super preventive play to ensure they don't actually inflict any damage or effects
you can shape the course of a fight without ever interacting with numbers - fear of force is better than force

melee monsters with spellstrike create a really fun dynamic for players, because they're helpless if they're slowed / stunned, but if not they can just dish out 100+ damage easily
a magus enemy w/ high rank hydraulic push/shocking grasp is TERRIFYING because it doesn't need to conserve spell slots
