Okay, so I looked into this. SpongeBob has won this award EVERY year since 2003, BESIDES 2008 when it lost to Avatar: The Last Airbender. They have won this award for 22 years straight. (except 2008) So they are obviously rigging the votes. This is such a non-problem, but idc.
