why two different methods? we wanted something a bit more 3D (like the in game render) on the 'visible' pieces like the lapel and sleeves -- i'll be using neon/uv glow pigment for my coral. for the inside, stamping it makes a bit more sense as it'll be 90% hidden.

for me and @solaheikacos.bsky.social 's matching liners, we'll be dyeing using ice and/or salt + fiber reactives, and she's whipped up these stencils to stamp the inner liner, and the mold box to silicone cast the vines for the lapel and outer sleeve details. this is so we match!

fyi the games do change significantly in each playthru, not JUST the endings, so i would try to find some youtuber whose compromised the big changes for you -- otherwise the different endings will make NO sense

it's crazy to me because i think the jump scares are in the single digits and they become predictable after the first shrine world visit! do people just not like the tension/dread i wonder? 😭 some people are having the worst time and still playing and im like "free yourself...watch the cutscenes.."

the greatest sin of this game imo is that konami wanted it to be an action-horror game so bad. like they clearly held back and then toward the end they were like "people liked sh2 remake right? just sprinkle a little of that in there" and i think that is the sole reason the pacing is destroyed

the writing and atmosphere is holding up the horrible combat in silent hill f, which means it is a real silent hill game for better or for worse

since i have to make spats, i can make my shoes as ugly and comfy as possible. i do not re-use shoes because i have forgotten shoes too many times. i will use these as a base and then make the spats pictured from scrap suede or whatever i have on hand.

first coat mockup! pretty happy with this shape. i took the waist in a bit and had to shorten the coat and sleeves since im petite. i'll be going in tomorrow to draw out all the designs, as with the size of my leather hide, i'll need to "piece"/seam, not applique, my darker leather parts.
