LOCK AND BACK UP YOUR PHONE: Use at least a six-digit passcode—NOT just the touch or face ID or pattern lock. Courts have ruled you have a 5th Amendment right to not give you your cell phone passcode during a legal search, but the right is murkier with other locks. Set up auto back up of your phone to a cloud.

Repeated investigations and studies have found no evidence of widespread instances of noncitizens voting. Implementing the added scrutiny proposed by this initiative would be a costly and disenfranchise a significant number of ELIGIBLE voters.

In trying to solve a problem that doesn’t exist (noncitizens voting in WA) I-126 instead creates real harm to WA’s elections and many of its eligible voters.

In Aug, US AG sent WA's Gov a letter about WA's immigration policies, threatening loss of funding and/or criminal charges for elected officials if they weren't changed.
