The Fourth Circuit had the second-highest number of its rulings reviewed by the Supreme Court and they reversed every one.

The data suggests attorneys have been testing the waters to see if the liberal-leaning court could counterbalance the conservative Fifth Circuit.

We've got 6 decisions coming from the Supreme Court tomorrow, which is the last day of the term.
