Alors je vais dire un truc important à mes yeux on ne demande pas aux gens de se bouger quand ils vont mal de relever la tête de redoubler d'efforts ni de se secouer ou de les secouer..hein parce qu'en fait c'est les faire encore un peu plus culpabiliser d'être mal. si vous imaginez que ça aide bah
