I love accounting. But I don't love anything as much as I love lyonnaise potatoes.

They are these types of potatoes that are sautéed but then they have this onion thing added to them, and they are really, really delicious. They work well with any, uh, chicken or pork dish.

If I were your accountant, Jack, I'd have to strongly advise you not to invest in a coffee shop. Restaurants are a bad investment. Most go under within the first year.
