I love Eli, because in many ways his darkness is my own. The only way to understand myself better is through him. Even if those experiences aren't positive, but he ain't a very outgoing guy in general.
His cold nature is comforting, and his snark is direct. He's a charming guy really 😂

It's okay if progress feels slow, anxiety is a difficult boss to overcome. So don't be too hard on yourself, doing your best in the moment is good enough 👍

Good for noticing that your anxiety is being unreasonable. I might not be into ffxiv, but there are plenty of people who would love all the art you made for it.
And be just as enthusiastic about it. So regardless of what your anxiety says, I think you be just fine. ✨

Anxiety is exhausting to deal with.
Ideally you want to rebuild your nervous system, by teaching your mind to live in the present.
So medication techniques like slow breathing, and ashwagandha. But it only works the longer you take it. Also therapy and going to the doctor's.
