wild arms 3 complete. its enjoyable enough and definitely a better entry into the series than 2, but god i wish the devs didn't decide to make every bit of side content as tedious as possible

i liked e33 and it definitely deserves multiple awards but surely not a sweep, at the very least it shouldn't have gotten best narrative

slight vent but GOD i wish transitioning was faster like im on hrt and im getting my hair done this month and im starting to exercise more and im working with a voice coach but everything feels so slow and fruitless whenever i see someone who's already at the goal

ive been whinging about my controller for a bit so i checked the calibration at the weekly today and it has snapback literally 95% of the time and goes almost the full length of the opposite direction 💀💀💀 this is genuinely dire LOL

i'm playing wild arms 3 and currently it's impressing me with how it's the first game in the series to actually have a wild west theme beyond the first town rather than going straight back to generic fantasy jrpg (this may be liable to change)

perhaps too woke of me but i think its becoming a problem how often certain parts of the smash community are referring to beating someone as "touching" them (or similar) while in the same breath preaching a safe and welcoming community that is firmly against predation

hsr annoys me because the grand picture of the current story arc is really cool but its so drastically let down by tragically bad pacing and writers who insist on putting 10x more words than necessary

i didn't have the highest expectations for the csm movie since i didn't care much for season 1, but i absolutely do not regret going at all bc holy shit that blew me away

my biggest issue with the combat in za is that some pokemon (mainly my scolipede) straight up cant hit certain moves on opponents right in front of them purely bc of the size difference. its really frustrating

a weird thing about this venue is that footsteps are really loud and you can feel the vibrations
its really shown that some people are light on their feet while others are full on stomping about everywhere

perhaps im just being whiny here but i really hate how so many games have different controls for universal things
like take dashing for example - across the last four games ive played the dash button has been entirely different in all of them

i genuinely do not understand why game freak or whoever makes pokemon these days are seemingly allergic to voice acting when theyre clearly willing to put effort into animating the cutscenes
