The reality of being disabled is that I went outside yesterday, then I went to bed late because of a family emergency. Then I woke up late in the day and went straight in the shower.

And now my heart is TIRED. It feels like my chest is heavy, I get palpitations. All of that just because I am tired.

Guess who fell in 10cm deep wet gravel :(

I was trying to get my rollator on the currently destroyed sidewalk, because my building isn't accessible, there's a few steps out front so I was lifting my rollator.

Then when I reach the wet gravel sidewalk, my ankles gave out cuz they're weak and I fell
