The names of the bosses in the new WoW raid are absolutely GOATed. Cauldron of Carnage, Rik Reverb, Sprocketmonger Lockenstock… I’m so in.

Ok sure, not required by law, but lender DO require it and have you sign an agreement that you will have insurance for the life of the loan on THEIR collateral. Plus, not having HOI is just stupid, so not realistic to not have it.
But yes, home builders should build tossaway houses in risky areas!

You’re stronger than many to move away. Good on you for leaving!

The conversation was about affordable housing, not half a million dollar homes. Also, you are 100% required to have insurance on a home with a mortgage which is like 60% of the market, and nearly 100% of people who are looking for affordable housing (like first time buyers).

I’m not sure you understand how insurance works if you’re equating it to energy bills.
Long story short, if you don’t want to pay for someone else’s insurance, don’t have insurance. It’s a shared fund. Just how it works. Good luck changing that, but that’s a completely different conversation 😂

LOL losing everything you own would make it a bit easier to move, yes. But these are humans we’re talking about. People with emotions, relationships, things that tie them to the area. Not always as simple as *just leaving*. Generally, I agree though since I would be probably move in that case

I’d be up for some of my taxes to go to relocation! Good idea

Because you pay for the same insurance Floridians pay for making your premiums higher? You pay taxes for disaster funds that go to helping Floridians rebuild? Your statement is the issue with this country right now—we live in one country as a society. Everything is everyone’s problem. Get used to it

The issue with that is if you can’t afford the insurance to live there, you probably can’t afford to leave either. Not true in all cases, but certainly a consideration. I do agree in principle though.

Fire Mage so bad that even a 22% buff will only put them middle of the pack on ST damage.
