The formula is a success in a way...there's no way he can run off to do any harm in this state

When there's a bit of a difference in size between heroes and dispatchers, HR decided they needed separate showers. Robert must have missed that memo and walked into the hero's section... Thankfully Flambae is there to help display the differences
