Dr. Toadley from Bowser's Inside Story is in this picture. He is a Toad from Mario with pale skin and yellow hoop earrings. He has a large, purple cap with seven yellow stars on it: three big ones with two small yellow stars between each one. He also wears a purple cloak with yellow dots on it, with a black cloak underneath. However, he looks different here. He has a large, white mustache and white, spiky eyebrows with the edges being yellow. His eyes are white. On his cloak is a dark blue gem with an even darker ellipse in the middle. It has three fused stars in the middle: the top one is red, the left one is yellow, and the right one is green. On top of his head is a blue, tear-drop shaped object with an even darker blue circle in the middle. There is a red star in the middle of that. Above and in front of him is a DNA-looking rainbow symbol: the Mega Evolution symbol. Behind him is a purple, starry night sky. Here's the background I drew for it. I would especially like to thank the National Human Genome Research Institute for the reference art for the organelles (they're so good for people who need good cell drawing references).

Meet Dr. Toadley's new Mega Evolution!

Legend says that he can cure any disease due to his new Miracle Cure-like powers. He temporarily gains all of the wisdom of a Star Sage, but immediately loses all of these benefits once the Mega Evolution ends.

Is he now considered a Star Sage? Probably not.

A purple Toad (from Mario) has a purple cap and seven yellow stars on his head (three big ones and four little ones). He is wearing a purple robe with yellow dots on it and a black cloak underneath. On his purple robe is a blue crystal with three stars connected to each other: red on the top, yellow on the left, and green on the right. On his face, he has a big, white mustache and white eyebrows, with the edges of the eyebrows being yellow with five spiky parts each. He's wearing yellow hoop earrings as well. On his head is a blue, teardrop-like item with a red star in the middle. In front of his head is a rainbow DNA-like icon.

Dr. Toadley from Bowser's Inside Story is a Toad that has a cap with three large stars and four small stars on it. Two stars are in-between the large ones, forming a pattern. The Toad also has a purple cloak with yellow dots on the bottom and a blue jewel. He is wearing brown shoes with a crystal ball on his head. He is wearing yellow earrings and has large, angry eyebrows. However, due to him being "blorbed", he is large and round and mad. His cheeks are chonky with dimples and his eyes are white.
