Sam told me to start paying attention to food groups and daily nutrition requirements when planning what to eat in a day because I neglect food so often partly out of just laziness.

So im crashing out a bit this week but I did my coloring book a bit and now I've decided im going to create a living dex in pokemon home so this post is the start date so let's see how long it takes me to get that done. 💪
