My friend Sarah Clancy is currently in IOF captivity, kidnapped last night when her boat, part of the Global Sumud Flotilla, was illegally intercepted in international waters.

Some boats are still sailing. Do what you can - wherever you are - to amplify & protest. 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

Our friend, poet and activist Sarah Clancy, is on the Spectre, one of the boats on the Flotilla which was attacked last night. Contact the Taoiseach and Tánaiste to demand protection, there must be safe passage for all trying to break apartheid Israel's illegal siege of Gaza. #LiftTheSiege

Bisan in Gaza, asks for a call of action tomorrow, 7/24/25.

“Bang the pots” in front of law makers jobs, and anywhere noise can be heard in protest of genocide.

“because the sound of our empty stomachs and the voice of humanity, must be louder than their brutality.”

Anyone with even a passing interest in Beckett needs to read Emilie Morin's biography of Suzanne Dumesnil: it's free to download for the next two weeks. This is feminist restorative history in action: read this book!!!

Anthony Opal from the wonderful Economy Press has just published this work from Fanny Howe.

I wish that postage from the US weren't so expensive, or that they had distribution in the UK.

I thought of you as soon as I heard 💔💔
maijasofia.bsky.social
everyday, in my head, trying to think about resistance, I think of Fanny Howe's question: "why be obedient to a world that will end?" as an antidote to the "easier to imagine the end of the world than the end of capitalism" thing 💔 (from her sequence 'Q')
