I was trying to clear notes and it was not working.
Realized I was using <Textarea> and is an uncontrolled component.
By using useState, I can control the notes state

My niece takes forever to get ready. Turns out her clothes are scattered in her cabinet.
To save time, we moved clothes to specific levels:
1: pants
2: shirts
3: socks, etc
by doing this, she has O(1) time of finding clothes in the morning
