When I woke up this morning it was a bit chilly in my room and I realized my dog was pressed up to my husband’s butt for warmth so I patted next to me and held up the blanket and she did a stretch and walked over and I tucked her in- and anyway, some people don’t think my dog is my baby? 😅

Being a contracted editor for a publisher is really cool until your boss asks you to explain what’s wrong with XYZ and ideas for how the author can fix it and then your brain forgets how to zap zap and you scramble to read your notes before they think you actually didn’t read anything at all 😭
