As the @lmu-osc.bsky.social coordinator, I just started a new project: coaching individual research groups so members can switch together to #OpenResearch - a tailored pedagogical intervention to maximise chances of sustainable adoption in the group, and a lot of fun! 🧵

Exciting news! The cBRAIN lab🧠, led by Inga Koerte at LMU Klinikum München (LMU Munich Hospital), has completed our Switch to Open Program (SwOP) led by @malikaihle.bsky.social!

Here's a recap of what we did over the last several months:
