Our software Stitch for mass spec-based de novo antibody sequencing got some major updates recently. Now includes mass-based alignment to better handle sequencing errors during assembly. It was published in JPR, check it out:

Our software Stitch for mass spec-based de novo antibody sequencing got some major updates recently. Now includes mass-based alignment to better handle sequencing errors during assembly. It was published in JPR, check it out:
