I guess to put it differently, treat your own parts like you would treat a clitoris. You may need to be soft, slow, or gentle. It may take a bit to create arousal. Different patterns of stimulation may be required. You may have to hit multiple spots at once. Stuff like that.

Approach your body like you did back when you were first learning what you liked and were first experimenting. It's really helpful, imho.

Once I started treating myself in a more feminine fashion, and it took a bit to learn, the feelings really started coming back, but all in new ways.

Yep, that's exactly where I was about to go! Usually between 1-2 years is when you start seeing major arousal changes. You'll have to re-learn a few parts of yourself, quite literally.

Some pieces will say the same. Others won't. But try new things - you may find new stuff works!
