Been a while since I posted a #GuitarPedal. I found this super simple mod online like 10yrs ago: I clipped the diode in position D5. Less distortion now, but sounds much better to my ears (less tight, fuzzier, darker). #GuitarSky #GuitarPedals

For obvious reasons, I've been listening to a lot of #BlackSabbath the last couple of days. Without that band, or #Ozzy, most of what I love wouldn't exist and I would be a very different person. #Guitarsky

It's the "Fifty-Niner". Feels great after a set up, sounds awesome IMO, but it had some finish issues unfortunately. Thankfully construction quality seems pretty good. I'm a huge fan of the Dano aesthetic and lipstick pickups, but unfortunately the QC isn't great.

I think I'd take a Mk1 Tone Bender over any other distortion/fuzz tone out there. This here's my Mk1 Tone Bender clone by DirtGarden Effects. It's the only one he ever made and my favorite pedal in my collection. Pic incoming! #GuitarSky #Fuzz #ToneBender #Danelectro

I find myself playing more ambient, soundscape-y type stuff than actual riffs lately. It's become meditative, almost.
