Anyone who thinks a speed boat loaded with barrels of fuel can make it all the way from Venezuela to the United States has no idea how fuel consumption works. Large outboard motors get at most 1-1.5 MPG running wide open, each. The range on one of these boats is maybe 400 miles.

If you're white and you know ANY Spanish, it's your duty to start speaking it when ICE is around.
Chances are they have no idea what you're saying, it'll confuse them, and you might have a chance at a lawsuit if they so much as lay a hand on you.
