9-yr-old Ukrainian Sasha Paskal has won gold&bronze medals at the All-Ukrainian Rhythmic Gymnastics Competition "Black Sea Cup"

In the summer of 2022she was seriously injured by a Russian strike and underwent a leg amputation

A fellow student was a Canadian guy in his 50s, ex-Navy, who'd been a guinea pig for nuclear testing in the South Pacific in the 1950/60s. He had been diagnosed with leukemia by then, which claimed his life a few years later. He never gained any compensation from the gvt.

I'm definitely thinking of withholding a percentage until he's completed the things I think he should do. I think that's reasonable and not uncommon.

They'd have to be template ones but how many contractors would willingly sign up to domestic ones until it became a legal obligation?

The danger with going in heavy is that things turn transactional and if you mention legal advice you have to be prepared to see it through.
