New research using the Clinical Record Interactive Search (CRIS) system has found nearly 1/3 of people with #HIV who access secondary mental health services in south London do not have their HIV diagnosis recorded in clinical records. www.kcl.ac.uk/news/hiv-dia... @kingsioppn.bsky.social
