I’ve done that before and I’ve regretted it every single time. It usually takes me at least a week to recover and by then the house needs it all over again. Please be gentle with yourself.

I just finished reading this gem of a book. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who is struggling with establishing a routine for cleaning their home. It’s an easy read and full of practical advice.

This is why reading is important. 50% of USians read so poorly that they are unable to perform simple tasks such as reading prescription drug labels. At least 45 million are functionally illiterate; 130 million more can't finish a children's book.
