I agree with you. However, with all due respect, Trump can do whatever he wants when he wants. Congress and/or The Supreme Court will not stop him. Just look at how much he has already gotten away with. There are no longer any guardrails. Very sad but very true.

It’s very clear by now that Trump can do whatever he wants when he wants. Our Congress will not stop him. Just look at the past couple of years. He gets away with most everything. Very sad but true.

With all due respect, the law doesn’t matter with this Administration. They can do what they want when they want. With zero repercussions. Unfortunately, just like Trump said, he can walk down 5th Avenue and shoot someone. He would get away with it. No one is holding him accountable. Sad but true.

With all due respect Senator, the law doesn’t matter. This Administration will do what it wants when it wants. And when they break the law and/or don’t follow a Judge’s orders, nothing will happen to them. They are now allowed to do what they want. This is the new America. Very disappointing.

You can ride or die but I’m done. At least for now. Why should I keep fighting, attending rally’s, sending postcards to voters, calling my representatives, when at the end of the day the Democratic Party just caves. One more example of my voice doesn’t matter.

Yes Senator. We’re aware of this. What are the Dems doing to combat this action by the Republicans? I see too many posts by Democratic politicians that are just stating what we all already know. Dems could learn from Republicans. Make a plan and then take action on it. They’re really good at it.

Yes, we know that. What are the Dems doing about it to fight back? All I see are posts like this that just tell us what we already know or memes that just complain about it. Dems need to learn from the Republican playbook - make a plan and take action.

I’ve been fighting since I voted for McGovern in ‘72. Look at my $ contributions and FBI file for civil disobedience. Why keep fighting when Dem Leadership rolls over and waves the white flag? I’m done. Officially now a Third Party voter. Dems have lost my support and my vote.

This was a horrible day. A day when the Democratic Senate said loud and clear that the will of the people, of their constituents, does not matter.
