Possibly the weirdest example of EA’s “Project $10”. Buying The Saboteur new got you DLC that made all the women at your hideout topless.

2 years later, EA shut down the server that checks if you have this DLC, which meant all the women put their tops back on forever.

Spirit Tracks gets a lot of flak when it comes to discussing the Zelda series. Is it amazing? No. But it’s definitely not awful either.

It’s a miracle that this game was even able to launch having barely a year of dev time.

Jupiter Strike is a bad rail shooter with no power-ups.

Hey! Did you know Taito was founded in 1944 by a Ukrainian man in China making rugs, wigs, and brushes? He moved to Japan in the 1950s and made the first vodka distillery in the country before moving into vending machines.

I didn't catch the @nextlander.com Xbox 360 stream live yesterday, but someone told me @bradshoemaker.bsky.social mentioned my blades-preserved 360.

It's in 4:3 because the original 360 didn't have HDMI and I'm lazy.

A new, frozen continent with three warring factions that forced every player and guild to choose a side.

EverQuest’s second expansion is my favorite. The server drama was at an all time high, which created countless memories.

Two and a half years after launch, EverQuest got a massive graphics overhaul and sent players to the moon.

Much of the original design team left during this period, which left parts of the third expansion largely unfinished.

Striking fear into the heart of Madden.

Sony came out with polygonal 3D football, and it was pretty good. This caused EA to cancel the PS version of Madden NFL 96, which was still using sprites.

Apparently my list of wiki pages that I've created on @giantbomb.bsky.social was too large for the migration process to handle, so it won't make it to the new site. Admittedly, the list system was never meant for over 10,000 items.

Here's what 17.5 years of creating wiki pages looks like though.
