I think that’s something they need to work on. The tactical setup appears to be very similar but they haven’t quite yet hit the same levels of intensity.

That said, when there’s been as many coaching changes that should not be a surprise. Hopefully Lawrence and some stability can bring that.

I can't help but feel Wilson's arrival may well bring about improvements across the club.

What I can say is from my three or four chats with Lawrence is they have a coach that seems to know what he wants from players and appreciates the unique environment of being a 21s lead coach.
