We're now at the "murdered one woman and MAGA justifies it" stage of our fascist escalation.

Before it's over, will MAGA justify 10 murders? 100? 1000? Tens of 1000s or more?

MAGA *will* pass into history's dustbin. The only question is how much they'll burn the world down before that happens.

Thank God Kirk's shooter is a white guy. Otherwise MAGA would be screaming about minorities and trans violence destroying America!

We're at that interim where we're waiting to see if MAGA will launch into fascist-y rage and anger towards a "liberal" shooter, or if they'll go back to sleep because it's a MAGA shooter.

I don't know what the next four years will bring. But I know they will be historical, the object of study for generations in history and political circles. As epic cautionary tales of what happens when a great power goes awry.

The next four years are going to be the longest, most painful "I told you so!" ever.
