Just finished The Anxious Generation. I think it is extremely valuable reading for all parents now, especially those raising pre-teen and early teen girls. It shows the harm being done to children and gives rules for how it can be prevented.

Ran a mini marathon with my daughter this weekend: 3.45km. She set a great pace and finished 30 seconds ahead of me in the end. I set a personal best trying to keep up with her!
