I’d recommend Hard/Casual if so.

Also I think this was in past games, but I kinda detest the revival stones all bosses have. Personal pet peeve.

Feels weird not to care if I permanently lose a unit. But characters and story, and gameplay outside of maps, is downright embarrassing.

Playing Engage and while the general gameplay is good (on the maps), I’ll be honest and say everything else sucks. Started on Hard/Classic which was fun,
Then accidentslly switched to Normal/Classic. But might’ve been a blessing, as I wish I had Casual now as I realize I kinda don’t care.

Finally gonna start reading Arknights again. Question is if I should start with Zwillingstürme im Herbst, which I found drab, or if I should kick it off with something briefer and exciting like To the Grinning Valley, or Come Catastrophes or Wakes of Vultures.

Can't think of any that fit well with your criteria seen in your comments, but I think it'd be helpful to know what species you got and their origin (as well as general setting). Based on that you could even come up with your own idea.

I'm just a rando jumping into this convo as your comment is the most similar to my experience (found it when searching as related stuff was on my tl). I used to be mutuals when they were still small fry and human, but they threw a huge fit over DMs when I unfollowed. Was a weird experience.

Atelier Resleriana The Red Alchemist & The White Guardian has a great soundtrack as expected. I was very curious to hear it based on its early trailers. The various battle music rule. Gust composers never let me down.
