The City of Philadelphia has introduced legislation to limited ICE in the city. The Federal Agents can not be masked, must have ID visible, must have arrested warrants signed by federal judges. They can't attack people. If they can't do this, they will be arrested.

If your party controls the house, the Senate and the executive and your blame the minority party you are not only showing a lack of leadership but you are also showing a lack of negotiating skillz. 2 both parties I'm sure negotiating would be accelerated if you were the ones not getting a check.
