I chose the title of my new Dolly Parton biography from her first hit, Dumb Blonde. Remember the chorus? “This dumb blonde ain’t nobody’s fool.” Those three words said what I wanted to convey about Dolly’s strength, tenacity, and intelligence. “Ain’t Nobody’s Fool” in stores 12/30/25. I have a new book coming out at the end of the year. AIN’T NOBODY’S FOOL: THE LIFE AND TIMES OF DOLLY PARTON is a deep dive into an American Original.
