I’m seeing even well-meaning accounts criticise disability cuts as hitting “the most vulnerable.” Reminder: disabled people are not inherently vulnerable. We are vulnerable when governments choose to withhold the resources disabled people need to live dignified and secure lives.

Exploring Cardiff 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
Greg the golden Labrador sat smiling next to a statue of a snail in a park. Greg has lots of practice walking next to slow creatures (aka. his human) Greg the golden Lab sitting in front of black railings with a white and red sign that reads, “Do not feed the wildlife”. Greg is looking very serious as he is not happy with the idea of not being fed 24/7.

YES YES YES to making nature accessible! 🥳 Thanks to Countryside Mobility we’ve been exploring Symonds Yat! 🌲🐾 #accessibility #exploring #countrysidemobility #nature
Martha is wearing a blue t shirt & red cap, she’s sat on an off road mobility scooter smiling. Next to her is yellow Labrador, Greg sat waiting patiently for a treat whilst grinning his face off. They are in the Forrest of Dean surrounded by trees. Greg is looking over Symonds Yat. There is lots of greenery and the River Wye can be seen. Greg is wearing blue collar and bow tie covered in daisies.

Greg is here to remind you to go outside and spend time on nature! 🌳🐾

After years of poor mental and physical health, I am so grateful that Greg has taught me to enjoy exploring the world around us. 💚
Greg, the golden lab standing on some rocks in front of the River Wye with trees in the background. He has a big smile, he is the best boy! Greg, the golden lab sat in front of the River Wye surrounded by greenery. He has a goofy smile with a green “Dogs for Good” tag on his collar. He’s hoping for a treat!

The hardest part about grief is learning the only thing you can do is sit with it. ❤️‍🩹🕊️

Personalised care is as simple as treating people with kindness and compassion whilst asking, “What matters to you?” 💬

From being desperate and stuck in a cycle of self-destruction to feeling hope and excitement about myself and my future, personalised care saves lives. #personalisedcare
a pink background, with a black and white photo of Martha. Martha is smiling, wears glasses, and has curly hair. She is stroking two dogs and the tops their heads can be seen in the bottom right corner.

The words “All it took was for somebody to walk into my life for an hour and essentially ask me, Martha, what matters to you?” are written in bold black text. There is a small blue NHS logo in the bottom left corner, and the Southwest Integrated Personalised Care logo in the top right corner.
